Our process begins with a collaborative design kick-off focused on understanding how you live, what you value, and what inspires you. You’ll share your wish list, floor plan preferences, and visual ideas, and we’ll translate them into a thoughtfully developed conceptual home plan. Through ongoing collaboration, we refine the design and bring it to life with photorealistic 3D renderings—allowing you to fully experience your future home while we align expectations around scope, budget, and investment.

Contract

Once the design is complete, we finalize drawings and specifications and guide you through a construction agreement tailored to your needs. We offer both transparent cost-plus and fixed-fee contracts, helping you choose the structure that best aligns with your goals, budget, and comfort level—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Build

With plans finalized, construction begins and your home takes shape. Throughout the build, we keep you informed with regular updates, documented progress, and clear communication through our project management app. You’ll work closely with our team and Selections Specialist to finalize finishes and details, ensuring every choice reflects your vision while the process remains organized and enjoyable.

Welcome Home!

As your home nears completion, we’ll walk through it together to review details, answer questions, and ensure everything meets our standards—and yours. At closing, you’ll receive your warranty information, homeowner resources, and the keys to a home built with care, intention, and integrity. From there, it’s time to settle in and truly experience life at your new home.
